Refund policy
At The Mama Era, we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, don’t worry, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Your Rights
Our policy follows the Consumer Rights Act 2015. That means:

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

You also have 30 days after receiving your order to change your mind and return it (with a couple of hygiene-related exceptions).
Changed Your Mind?
We totally understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’d like to return your item:

Please send it back within 14 days of receiving it.

It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of teething jewellery that’s been opened or used, unless it’s faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If something arrives broken, faulty, or not quite right:

Pop us an email at themamaerashop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you can, include a quick photo so we can sort things faster.

We’ll offer you a replacement, or refund — whichever works best for you.
How to Return

Get in touch at themamaerashop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll guide you through the next steps.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage. If it’s just a change of heart, you’ll need to cover the return postage cost.
Refunds

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are made back to your original payment method.

Delivery costs are only refunded if the item was faulty or sent in error.
- We do not offer any refunds on gift cards.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now but if you’d like something different, you can simply return your order for a refund and place a new one.
